Today I’m walking you through developing your marketing plan and I’m keeping it simple. It comes down to this: we’re going to plan when you are going to stay in touch and how you are going to stay in touch.

 

Let’s look at the whole year in advance and ask these 3 questions:

  1. Who is the audience you want to keep in touch with? Think of your database, maybe it’s your geographic farm, maybe it’s other agents.
  2. How often?
  3. What are the methods? And, it has to be a mix. Whenever I talk to new clients I ask, “How did you hear about me?” And, I love it when they say, “We see your name everywhere.”

 

You can still evaluate every quarter, but you’ll be so much more prepared for the year if you make a plan.
