A pillar of your business is literally something that holds your business up. So, your pillars are going to be the way business comes in. You'll have about 3-4 different pillars.
First, Karen talks about tracking our business sources. This will be so helpful to enable you to pull reports and analyze your incoming referrals.
Let's take a look at your possible pillars:
Database referrals
Geographic farm
Social media
Vendor relationships
Open Houses
Expired Listings
Whatever pillars you choose (or whatever pillars have chosen you!) just remember that your business will grow from small activities done consistently.
